Odin Group acquires Unified and strengthens its national presence as Managed Service Provider

Hengelo/Utrecht, 16th August 2021 - Odin Group has completed another acquisition to strengthen its presence in the Netherlands, with the support of Fortino Capital. Unified, a specialist in infrastructure and managed services for the housing corporation market, will continue as part of Previder (the Managed Services division of the Odin Groep) under the name Previder Corporations. Previder continues to focus on the further verticalisation of its services offering, in order to respond more effectively to its customers’ needs. This acquisition will also strengthen Previder’s national position as Managed Service Provider, with offices in Hengelo, Vianen, Utrecht and Nieuw Vennep. Through this acquisition, Integrated Works will also become part of Previder.

Following this transaction, Odin Group will employ ~650 FTEs and will generate a turnover of 135 million in 2021. Providing them with a managed services offering that meets the needs of both large and small housing corporations.”

The Unified acquisition is the third transaction since investment fund Fortino Capital became a shareholder of the Odin Group.
